I specialise in listening to the needs of clients, getting to the root of the business imperative and creating innovative solutions for organisations to succeed in their industry.

My main focus is on organisational design & technical HR consulting. I am a strategic thinker who cares deeply about relationships, both personal and professional.

I have two decades of strong cross-cultural exposure working in organisations and with clients in Europe, the Middle East and in Asia. More recently I have been working in Singapore since 2014.

Having worked in HR Operations, Management and Strategy, I would consider myself a seasoned HR professional. Tribus is a particular passion of mine as it allows me deepen my impact with individuals and teams.

Using psychometrics and workstyles assessments are important, but creating deep seated engagement is my passion.

I am an experienced Agile Coach and Business Agility practitioner focused on enabling teams and individuals to deliver organisational and digital transformation, customer focus and innovation. I have over 15 years of industry experience across the financial services, eCommerce and utilities sectors and has worked with both start-ups and matrix organisations.

My passion for Agile began in 2008 and since then he has undertaken roles including; Senior Technology Change and Enablement Consultant, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Co-Founder, Agile Transformation Consultant and AgileCoach.

I work with product, HR, tech teams, marketing and leadership to help them understand and implement Agile thinking and practices in their organisations.
